Strictly Prohibited: NSFW Content
Meta Muse Video does not permit the creation, upload, processing, distribution, or promotion of NSFW, sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise adult content. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Information we collect
We collect account information needed for Google login, billing information processed by Creem, and prompt/task data required to provide AI video generation.
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, logs, and basic analytics to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, create generation tasks, deliver results, manage credits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse.
User prompts are screened with the Creem Moderation API before they are sent to the AI image or video generation model.
We do not sell personal information. Service partners and payment processors receive only the information needed to provide their services.
AI providers
Meta Muse Video powers AI video generation, and Meta Muse Image powers AI image generation.
Retention and security
We retain operational records only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution, and security.
No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we use server-side secret handling and limit public exposure of credentials.
