Refund Policy
We want billing to be clear. Contact support if your purchase was accidental, duplicated, or technically unusable.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We can usually help with duplicate payments, accidental purchases reported quickly, or unresolved technical access issues.
Used credits, completed generations, and ongoing usage may reduce or prevent refund eligibility.
How to request a refund
Email support with your checkout email, plan name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
We may ask for additional verification before processing billing changes.
